Our Fund of Funds invests in a portfolio of up to 7 African generalist VC funds and specialized sector funds, which gives our investors the opportunity to participate in some of the greatest technological & other innovations across the country and continent.

We aim to build a consistent, highly diversified, early-stage venture capital portfolio that outperforms their venture capital benchmarks and other asset classes, and to democratize access to the venture capital asset class.

Our Fund of Funds is offered through a limited partnership structure. We also provide access to individual / private investors investing amounts below R500,000 in South Africa via a feeder ever-green fund vehicle – 8th Season Investors Fund (Pty) Ltd. The Fund invests across various strategies, stages (Pre-Seed to Pre-Series A), vintages and manager experience / skillsStrategic Geographic Allocation: Min. 60% in South Africa focused funds and the balance (40%) across funds also investing across the rest of Africa with a key focus on Nigeria, Kenya and Egypt. Manager / Fund Stage Allocation:
